"OCULA 2.2 is a significant improvement in both stability and usability that will be easily noticed by artists and developers alike. Changes in the O_Solver may require a slight update to a pipeline, but it is well worth the fixes and updates in the release."
Steven Shapiro, Director of Software / Lead Stereographer at Method Studios

OCULA was used extensively by Digital Domain on Tron: Legacy. The Foundry worked very closely with the team who were up against all sorts of polarisation issues accentuated by the heavy use of fluorescent lights on both costumes and sets. The Foundry learned a huge amount working with Framestore, ILM and Weta Digital on Avatar. Our case study walks us through the different vendors' experiences and how The Foundry's tools helped bring this groundbreaking project to our cinema screens.
Robin Hollander from Weta Digital was on our booth at NAB 2010. You can watch his demo below courtesy of FX Guide.
