Eligible universities and colleges offer VFX-related courses that last at least one academic or calendar year.
Eligible for-profit educational facilities are those whose sole business is providing in-person VFX-related training courses that last at least 8 weeks.
Institutions must not be affiliated with any commercial production or post production company.
