A version of HIERO 1.0 for Windows 64-bit will be made available soon.

Obtaining a Node-Locked Trial Licence

When you start HIERO, a dialog box will appear. Press Obtain Trial License, then enter your foundry login details - the email address and password you use to login to the Foundry website. This will fetch and install a trial licence from our online licence server.

If you don't have a Foundry login, sign up now.

If your trial licence expires during the beta period, press Obtain Trial License again to fetch a new licence.

Obtaining a Floating Trial Licence

If you require a floating licence to run the HIERO Beta, please contact our licensing team.

Release Notes and Documentation

Please be aware that, as Hiero is currently in its beta cycle, the accompanying User Guide is subject to change.
Python API Docs will be available soon.

Help with Licensing Issues

If you are encountering licensing difficulties when running HIERO, please contact The Foundry's Support team by clicking the link below. Please include as much detail as possible, including the email address you use to log into the Foundry website and details of any errors encountered.

Report a Bug

To help us debug and fix any issues which you've encountered with the HIERO Beta we would be grateful if you could provide the following information:

  • A detailed description of the bug, including any console error messages
  • Reproduction steps: these are are essential for debugging, so please provide clear steps, e.g. 1) Do A, 2) Then B, 3) Expect C
  • Any other information that may help us reproduce the issue (including HIERO version, OS, Hardware etc.) - the more detail the better!
