Telephone support is for current maintenance customers only.  If you are having issues with a plugin or are using a demo then please email support@thefoundry.co.uk

We would always suggest you email us first in regards to your issues before calling, and if you do require a call back, then please leave details of the issue and add your telephone number, name and email address.  Always read the email autoresponse as there is information in this that we may need to expedite fixing your issue.
