A machine's system ID is a unique code required to license products from The Foundry. Refunds cannot be given for licences issued for an incorrect system ID, so plaease download a tool (below) to report the correct system ID.
Run the tool you downloaded above on the machine running the software.
Floating licences are managed by a machine on your network acting as a licence server. When buying a floating licence, you need to enter the System ID of this licence server. (For more details, read Managing Floating Licences).
Therefore run the tool you downloaded above on the machine which will act as the Floating Licence Server.
