Licensing Issues

If you have a licensing issue not covered by the STORM FAQs then please contact support@thefoundry.co.uk, detailing the problem.


Reporting a Bug

If you encounter a bug not covered by the resources above, then please contact support@thefoundry.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your name and company
  • a description of the bug including error messages
  • steps to reproduce the problem
  • a description of what you were doing at the time the bug occurred
  • any other information that may help us reproduce the issue
