Our Refunds Policy

This section describes our refunds policy, how we calculate refunds and what you need to do if you wish to return boxed products to The Foundry. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Refunds for permanent or rental licence keys cannot be issued. It is therefore very important that you correctly enter the System ID of the computer for which you require the licence key.

Items returned because they are damaged or incorrect

If you are returning a boxed product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge and reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

Items returned within the 7-day cooling off period

By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a boxed product within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 7 working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, send us the item and we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged.
